When sellers are getting their homes ready for the market they’re usually not properly informed. Google is NOT the place to Start your research!!!

The First place to Start is with a Real Experienced Real Estate Professional like Gino Metallo and here’s why. No one knows the market and or the area better!

You may have seen a “TV SHOW’s” episode based in California Texas New York Florida that says here’s what they did to upgrade or update their home for the upcoming market. The problems with this is… First, it’s a “TV SHOW”. Second, their market isn’t the same as our market. Third, the materials used sometimes aren’t fitting for our climate comfort.

That’s why I suggest you start with a Real Experienced Real Estate Professional like Gino Metallo before you spend one penny on a project.

Gino begins with an In Home Consultation. He will look over the home to analyze your current home’s attributes.
He will then discuss with you his suggestions of modifications based on his valuation of your home and market conditions.

There are A LOT of necessary modifications and there are A LOT of modifications that don’t make any sense.

(Example) Two exact same model townhomes. The homes listed in a good to great market. First owner modified their home based on their own research. They spent just over $20,000.

Second owners consulted with Gino Metallo. After analyzing the home and the market, Gino suggested just paint. I priced my client’s home a little more. Both homes received multiple offers!
Why just paint? To provide a fresh feeling and to take advantage of the current market.

The point isn’t to brag about the success story but rather to inform you that their is Value Teaming up with Gino Metallo a Real Experienced Real Estate Professional.
